All servicing is based upon the manufacturers guidelines and servicing schedules. This is in line with ‘fair wear and tear’ guidelines that are set by the BVRLA and is the guidance that leasing brokers and finance companies refer to.

*Breakdown Assistance – We utilise manufacturers breakdown assistance whilst your vehicle is still under warranty, then we use our AA cover in the event of a mechanical breakdown with the exception of exclusions e.g. battery related issues, and sidewall damage to tyres.

*Punctures caused by sidewall damage are not covered.

This service is subject to availability and garage discretion. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, most garages are not offering these services, this is beyond Autoserve’s control but in most cases we can offer you a drop off appointment instead.
